Pool Heating: • The pool is solar-heated and typically reaches comfortable swimming temperatures from May through October, depending on weather conditions. Hot Tub Service: • If you would like the hot tub drained, cleaned, and refilled prior to your stay, this service is available for an additional $150. Please request this at the time of booking. Property Maintenance: → The pool is serviced every Thursday and is safe to swim in immediately after. → The hot tub is cleaned and chemically balanced before your arrival. Occasionally, the water may appear slightly cloudy as the chemicals finish dissolving - this is normal and will clear within a day. You can help speed up the process by turning on the jets. → Landscaping is maintained weekly, with gardeners typically visiting on Fridays.
