Sunny apartment, two rooms, (34 m2) with Scandinavian design and panoramic sea view, on the first floor of Villa Glaz Ocean, located on Sables Blancs beach in Douarnenez. Rated four-star Atout France Furnished Tourist Accommodation! The garden overlooks the sea and offers direct and privileged access to the beach. The end of the garden forms a sandy platform, a real little private beach! The apartment is carefully equipped, with a cozy and warm comfort - a real cocooning! Live to the rhythm of the tides, comfortably installed to contemplate the ocean, the waves, the comings and goings of boats and all the water activities offered on the beach of Les Sables Blancs. You're in the front row! The show is magnificent, even when the sun doesn't show up... even better during a storm! The apartment is decorated in a contemporary style. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (120 cm wide) completed by a reading area, all with ocean views. The HiFi system is equipped with Bluetooth and the connected TV will allow you to enjoy your movies or watch the different channels available. The south-facing bedroom has a large double bed equipped with a latex mattress, breathable and comfortable, to offer you complete relaxation. The oiled French oak parquet flooring throughout the apartment offers warm comfort! An eco-friendly approach was taken during the 2017 renovation. Linens are made from organic and/or eco-friendly fibers. Virtually all of our cleaning and hygiene products are also eco-friendly. Upon arrival, you will find the beds made, towels provided and eco-friendly soap. The kitchen is of course fully equipped and we have placed all the extras you will need for a pleasant vacation; champagne glasses, a programmable coffee maker to start the day well before you even get out of bed, insulated mugs to take your hot drink to the beach, cake molds to satisfy the most gourmet... and you will also find small necessities from organic or responsible agriculture; an assortment of spices, pepper, salt, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, sugar, flour... make yourself at home! Each apartment is carefully prepared in every detail for each guest. Cleaning is meticulous with usual disinfection, as has always been the case in our establishment. We have strengthened our hygiene measures by adapting them to government restrictions to continue the fight against the Covid-19 epidemic. Our outdoor furniture is also cleaned regularly. Other things to note I'm happy to report that my guests leave the apartment in an exemplary condition, which is why I've removed the cleaning fee.
