Each unit comes with its own coveted parking spot - so coveted you might just consider selling your firstborn for a permanent one (but please don’t; we like kids around here). You’ll also enjoy your own private patio with outdoor furniture - the perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or a quiet evening glass of wine. Inside, the layout flows beautifully across three levels: First Floor: A large living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals. There’s also a convenient half bathroom, because sometimes running upstairs just isn’t an option. Basement Level: A nicely furnished bedroom with a queen bed - technically the basement, but think of it more as a “lower-level suite.” It’s cozy, quiet, and perfect for the friend or family member who claims they “don’t need sunlight to function.” Second Floor: Two bedrooms - one with two twin beds and the other with a queen sharing a beautifully renovated full bathroom (where you’ll also find the washer and dryer).
