The living room sofa bed folds out into a queen bed. A private covered patio is a great place for fine birding and nature watching. Enjoy outdoor dining and relaxing. There is a birds-eye view of the horse arena where there is often horse riding and barrel racing practice. The owners are close by and available. You may walk upto the barn and corrals to pet the horses but be careful, horses can bite. If you like to explore, please stay on the eastside of the patio and ask about where to walk. Please do not walk up and down the driveway, it is for driving and neighboring homes only. Please give our neighbors their privacy and do not disturb them. Thank you!
