Drive right up to your ground level retreat, relax and enjoy your views. Start your morning watching the sun rise from the covered patio with your coffee. It offers a full kitchen, roomy bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, and a spacious bedroom. The bedroom hosts a queen bed and a closet to hang your clothes. The living room sofa bed folds out into a queen bed. A private covered patio is a great place for fine birding and nature watching. Enjoy outdoor dining and relaxing. There is a birds-eye view of the horse arena where there is often horse riding and barrel racing practice. The owners are close by and available. Please inquire about a BARN TOUR and enjoy your Farm Fresh Eggs! You are free to use the Ranch Retreat and patio. You may walk upto the barn and corrals to pet the horses but be careful, horses can bite. If you like to explore, please stay on the eastside of the patio and ask about where to walk. Please do not walk up and down the driveway, it is for driving and neighboring homes only. Please give our neighbors their privacy and do not disturb them. Thank you! Respecting your privacy is our priority although we do love meeting our guests and being able to give them a barn tour. Please ask if you forgot anything, we are happy to share whatever we have. This is a rural area with many ranches. The paved driveway is a common driveway to 3 properties so please drive slow (10 MPH) and watch for other vehicles. The Ranch Retreat is the on the RIGHT SIDE (WHITE house). This is a working ranch with horses, cows, calves, chickens, a rooster, cats, dogs, and don’t forget all the wildlife. We are always working and maintaining the acreage.
