Villa Renata is located 10 km from the town Porec, in a quiet village Kastelir. It consists of 2 apartments (each with its own entrance) and large courtyard with pool, swing, climber and trampoline. *for a pet - 12e per day. In July and August you can only make reservations from Sunday to Sunday. The space ENG Apartment on the ground floor consists of a hallway, kitchen and a spacious living room which has an exit to the balcony overlooking the pool, 2 bedrooms that have sea views and each has its own bathroom plus there is 1 extra toilet in the hallway. Upstairs is another apartment also with hallway, spacious kitchen, dining room and living room in one, with balcony overlooking the sea, 2 bedrooms overlooking the pool. Master bedroom also has a balcony. Each room and living room has its own air conditioning. The courtyard is completely fenced with beautiful greenery, decorative lavender, rosemary and sage, with a covered terrace by the pool and barbecue. By the pool (8x4m) you also have deck chairs as well as swing, climber and trampoline for the children. We will be glad to host you and you will have total privacy in our villa . HRV Villa Renata is located 10 km from Porec,in a quiet place Kaštelir. It consists of 2 apartments each with its own entrance,one on the ground floor consists of a hallway, a kitchen and a spacious living room that has access to a balcony overlooking the bezen ,2 bedrooms that have a sea view and each with its own bathroom plus 1 auxiliary toilet in the hallway. Upstairs is another apartment with a hallway,a spacious kitchen, a dining room, and a living room in one, with a balcony overlooking the sea,2 bedrooms overlooking the pool . The larger room also has a balcony. Each room and living room have their own air conditioning. The courtyard is completely fenced with beautiful greenery,decorative lavender,rosemary and sage,with a covered terrace by the pool and a barbecue,and next to the pool (8x4m)you also have hammocks available as well as the youngest swing,climber and trampoline.
