Fisherman's house close to the center

Our house is located in a private cul-de-sac, 20 meters from the marina access point. Parking iimited a few in Carteret, but available close to the house. There is no garden, but a space is available alongside the house (see photo). Minimum rental: 4 days The space While making it comfortable, we wanted to keep our house's authentic character, avoiding placo in favor of varnished wooden walls... Other things to note On site, you'll find: A 2-minute walk away: shopping street, bars and restaurants, cinema, 400-berth marina, sailing school, mini golf, and more. A 10-minute walk away: beach, restaurants, and pier for the islands of Jersey and Guernsey in season. A 10-20 minute drive away: sand yachting and surfing (surf school), horseback riding, golf, greenway (cycling trail), and more. Cape Carteret is also a paragliding destination. A few kilometers away, Sciotot and Siouville have active surf spots.
