La Catalpa is named after the little Catalpa tree in the garden! It is a beautiful little barn conversion, in a remarkable location, and a deceptive amount of space. Full of character, and only a few minutes stroll down the lane to all of the facilties at Longeveau, it is very much the perfect holiday home! Inside, an open plan living / dining area and kitchen, offer comfortable living space, with all of the bits and pieces you will need for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine and all of the utensils you will need for your holiday banquets! The living room has TV (with English Sky Box), wifi and views out the window to die for! Downstairs the master bedroom (with en-suite) has double doors opening out onto the sun drenched terrace, which in turn opens onto the pool. Upstairs, are a further two bedrooms (double or twin), both with en-suites. The views from upstairs are even more spectacular, seeing all the way to the distant Dordogne..! The large garden offers plenty of space to play. The terrace is equipped with BBQ and outside dining for the long summer days. There is a lovely heated pool (7m x 4m x 1.40m) with sun loungers and fabulous views. Perfect for a refreshing dip, relaxing swim or playing around in. Both the garden and pool are secured to ensure the little ones stay safe. Le Catalpa is brimming with character, retaining many of the original oak beams, stonework and windows of the original barn.
