Relax and unwind in our modern open plan one bed maisonette. Each floor has french doors which open up onto balconies for you to enjoy the side sea views of Newquay bay. We are located between Lusty Glaze & Tolcarne beach, both just 5 minutes walk away. With towering cliffs, white sand, brilliant surf, lovely bars, restaurants & panoramic sunsets. Just a 10 minute walk to the start of town. There is currently no parking on site, but free roadside parking in the local area. The space Located on the top floor with side sea views from both levels. This maisonette is deceptively spacious, providing a large bedroom downstairs with king size bed. Upstairs is the open planned living space , the corner sofa opens into a double bed allowing up to four guests to stay. There is a newly fitted modern kitchen including oven, hob, grill, fridge, microwave toaster & kettle so all your needs are catered for. Both floors have large french doors that open up onto the balconies. There is a shower room, wifi and central heating Parking nearby. The Town is a 10 minute lovely flat walk along the sea front. Chester road shopping complex is just 1 minute away for all your holiday needs bakeries, the best fish & chips, cafes & a chemist. Both Tesco express & Spar are a couple of hundred yards away.
