Enforcement: Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in an automatic fee to cover professional odor removal and deep cleaning of furniture and linens. ★ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ★ We are located in a peaceful community and ask that you treat our home with the same respect you would your own. ★ TRASH & RECYCLING ★ We strive to keep the property clean and pest-free. Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided outside. Detailed instructions on pickup days are located in the Welcome Guide. ★ DEDICATED PARKING ★ You'll have access to my driveway, which can hold multiple vehicles if you and your partner are traveling separately, and you will not have to park on the road. ★ COMPLIMENTARY SNOW REMOVAL ★ Enjoy a worry-free winter stay! We provide full snow removal services for the driveway and main walkways, so you never have to shovel your car out. Safety Note: For your immediate safety during active storms or icy conditions, we provide extra rock salt and shovels specifically for the entry steps. While we handle the heavy lifting, we encourage you to use these supplies if you need to leave the house before we arrive.
