Pavilion near Vitré

Recent pavilion, 3 bedrooms, including a master suite, in a quiet subdivision 10 minutes from Vitré, 20 minutes from Laval and 35/40 minutes from Rennes. You will enjoy a spacious and bright interior as well as a garden of about 500 m2. THIS IS OUR MAIN RESIDENCE THAT WE RENT DURING OUR VACATION PERIODS. You will find all the amenities of a family of 4 such as ours. Many toys/books available for children. Smart TV. The space The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor, large bright living room of 42 m² with fully equipped open kitchen. On the first level, dressing room and master suite composed of a TV, a large double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a juxtaposed bathroom (bathtub). On the second level, 2 bedrooms, separate toilet and shower room (shower). Each room has a single bed. We also provide a 140 × 190 cm mattress to put on the floor in one of the bedrooms. Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant garden (terrace, parasol, garden furniture, Weber charcoal barbecue, hammock, trampoline, etc.). Guest access You'll have access to most of the house. Only garage and dressing room are not accessible. Please note that there is no access to the washing machine Other things to note No cleaning fee but we consider that the house must be returned clean at the end of the stay (vacuum, mop, clean and tidy dishes).
