A delightful five bedroom house, set on a private estate housing a small manor house and century old family run cider farm perfectly situated in the Bessin, an ideal base to explore the Normandy landing beaches and historic town of Bayeux. The space Description of sleeping capacity: Sleeps 8 (5 Bedrooms) bedroom 1 with King size bed, bedroom 2 with double bed, bedroom 3 with double bed, bedroom 4 with twin single bed (1 additional pull out single available), bedroom 5 with double bed. 2 Bathrooms, 1 Separate WC/ toilet and sink Bathroom 1 - toilet, walk-in shower, sink. Bathroom 2- bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen Large dining table Living room with TV, stereo and huge DVD collection The house is on two floors. The first floor includes a bedroom and bathroom all entirely wheelchair accessible. Guest access Outside: House opens up onto a paved patio with an outside table and chairs. This patio is reserved for you. A barbecue and lounge chairs may be found in the white shed next to the garage wall. Cushions for the metal chairs around the table are stored in the large armoire in the bedroom on the ground floor. Children are welcome to use the little house. Bicycles are available upon request. Other things to note For your tranquility and the safety of your children please note: Cars may circulate along the paths on the property. The three fences leading to the property remain open. There is a pond at the bottom of the property. Cats and other animals may circulate freely. Please close windows and doors in your absence. Please park your car in the space reserved in front of the garage.
