Far away from the hustle and bustle of the big city is our ground-level and wheelchair-accessible apartment with a covered terrace right on the edge of the forest. It is a paradise for all those who want peace and relaxation in beautiful nature. Biking and hiking trails start on our doorstep. Nearby cities worth seeing are Limburg, Bad Homburg, Kronberg, Idstein, Braunfels. Also beautiful are the Feldberg, Hessenpark, Treetop Trail, Lochmühle, Vogelburg, Opelzoo, Weilburg Wildlife Park. Mini golf and forest ball track, Husky tours. The space The cozy ground floor apartment is located in the souterrain of our house and is therefore pleasantly cool in the summer. It is located directly on the edge of the forest of Rod an der Weil, the main town of Weilrod with its 13 picturesque villages. Here in Rod a. d. Because there is everything you need such as restaurants, supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, etc. and everything is within a few minutes' walk. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults and 1 child. It has a spacious double bedroom, on request also with children's travel cot (140 x 70 cm), fully equipped kitchen with dining area as well as a high chair and a daylight bathroom with walk-in shower. The sunny living room with a sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90 m), which can also be used as a bed for a child, has direct access to the covered terrace surrounded by flowers and shrubs with garden furniture and a barbecue. There you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun with fresh eggs from our own chickens or barbecue in the evening. Fresh rolls and croissants can be found at the nearby bakery in the Rewe market (5 min. Footpath and also open on Sundays in the morning). Other things to note Dogs welcome on request (€5/day) Parking is available right in front of the house on the street. Loading and unloading right outside the front door is possible.
