The space The villa is arranged on two levels, each 50 sqm and is surrounded by a large garden of 80 sqm. In the outdoor space there is a large pergola with a canopy, where you can eat in the shade and spend moments of relaxation. In the summer months you can use the outdoor shower to cool off after a day at the beach. A surrounding garden area is suitable for parking. The ground floor consists of a living room with 2 sofas (including a sofa bed), pantry in the basement, kitchenette and service/laundry bathroom equipped with shower.
