Forge Cottage is a stone character cottage with exposed beams and a huge fire place with wood burner.  Spacious and homely, and located in a quiet rural hamlet it provides an ideal base for exploring the nearby coast and beaches, about a 10 minute drive. Padstow and Wadebridge are about 4 miles away each having a good choice of shops and restaurants. Sleeps: 4 Bedrooms: 2 Beds: 1 x double, 1 x twin.  Bed linen & Towels: Bed linen and towels provided. Accessibility: Easy access. Kitchen & Utilities: Fridge/freezer, electric oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, radio. Nearest beach: 5.5 miles. Nearest amenities: 4 miles. Outdoors: Patio with garden furniture, steps up to enclosed patio/garden, garden mainly laid to lawn bordered with mature shrubs, countryside views. Parking: Parking for 2 cars.  Family facilities: Travel cot, high chair, stair gate; other equipment not provided but can be hired. Pets: Maximum 2 pets allowed, £25 per pet per week. House cats also welcome.  General: WiFi included, electricity and oil included in rent; wood-burning stove lounge; oil c.h./hot water (electric immersion back up); electric heated towel rail in bathroom. Important notes: No smoking, there are steep steps and no fence between the upper garden/patio and the lower patio. Please take care with the elderly and children and ensure young children are supervised at all time. Changeover time: 4pm arrival - 11am departure. You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property.
