Our spacious vacation home is ideal for families, trade fair visitors and fitters. It is located in the Leverkusen-Manfort district, in close proximity to Cologne. With five bedrooms and a spacious living and dining area, the house can accommodate up to 12 people, perfect for groups who appreciate comfort and ample space. The space This modern vacation home offers spacious, open-plan living and impresses with its bright, contemporary furniture and a friendly atmosphere in all rooms. On the ground floor is an inviting, light-flooded living area with seamless transition to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The living room is stylishly furnished and has a 65" LED TV with satellite reception with over 50 channels and Netflix. Large patio doors lead into the sunny, private garden ideal for unwinding. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and plenty of dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils are available. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. In addition, there is a guest toilet with a sink on this floor. From the open living area, a comfortable staircase leads to the upper floor, where five spacious bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and two additional separate toilets await you. The bathrooms are each equipped with a shower (one of them also with a bathtub), sink and towel radiators. This ensures sufficient comfort even for several guests. Electric shutters are available in the house. A stable 250 Mbps Wi-Fi connection is available in all rooms. With 5 bedrooms and dining/living area, it is suitable for up to 12 people. Please understand that parties, loud music and smoking inside the house are strictly prohibited. No pets allowed on the property. The furniture in the house is not rearranged or moved so that everything remains in good condition. The house rules, which are available in the accommodation, must be observed by all guests. Unregistered visitors (without a booking) are not allowed to enter the house. Quiet hours start at 10pm. We ask all guests to be considerate of the neighborhood both inside and outside the house and to avoid noise.
