PRIVATE SPA - SHARED HEATED POOL The villa des îles is 300 m from the large Dossen beach. You can discover or practice sand yachting, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking... The villa is divided into 3 apartments, it is surrounded by a landscaped and fenced garden, the parking lot is paved with a gravel area to play pétanque. The pool is common to the 3 apartments, and heated from April to September. It is secured by a shelter that allows you to swim in all weather. The space HEATED POOL FROM 04/01 TO 09/30 The Callot apartment is on the ground floor to the left of the villa. It consists of a living room, equipped kitchen, room with spa, bedroom and bathroom. Outside, a private terrace overlooking the swimming pool shared with the 2 other apartments of the villa. The pool is heated from April to September Guest access You have access to the Callot apartment, private terrace, pool and shared garden. There is also an outside laundry room with washer and dryer. Other things to note Free access to the spa which is in the apartment without time restrictions
