The farm is in an area of 4000 m2, and has a pool of 4 x 9 m, with a solarium of 150 m2 prepared with chairs and umbrellas for relaxing and sunbathing at any time of day. The pool is shared with the attached house. The garden has a harmonious arrangement with a beautiful landscape of palm trees, shrubs, olive and lemon trees, offering complete relaxation on the outskirts of Ses Salines, enjoying the inner horizon with stunning views of the mountain of San Salvador. It is remarkable velarium from May to September, to protect against the sun in summer and enjoy reading, lunch, dinner and talks in family.  The house has a maximum capacity of 6 people, with two double beds of 150 cm and two single beds of 90 cm, in three rooms.
