Elaia is above all an olive grove on the edge of a small village in the Minervois. It is a vast property of more than 8000 m2 where typically Mediterranean species grow, some trees more than a hundred years old. At the heart of this olive grove are Silvis and Phoebé, in a white villa, designed for a successful vacation: sober and Mediterranean architecture - flat roof, shutters, choice of white and blue. The space There is also a large swimming pool on site near an old restored stone wall and above all a quiet and privileged setting to serve as a backdrop. All around, nature is omnipresent, offering a hill covered with pine trees. Silvis and Phoebé have very independent entrances. Each single-storey accommodation has its own private terrace and is not overlooked (only the laundry room is shared for the washing machine). In the pool area, the 14 m x 5 m pool is heated, surrounded by beautiful beaches; you will find deckchairs where you can rest, garden furniture and a sheltered dining area with barbecues. Guests can enjoy one of our olive groves that is more than a hundred years old, which serves as a garden for our tenants. Our strengths: - Sun!
