Appartment "Sabine" Isle of Rügen

The space Our newly and with lots of love and passion in 2017/18 renovated non-smoking appartment (no animals) is located on the halfisland of Wittow in Wiek/Ruegen. The house itself is located directly next to a biking course, is just a few minutes away from the Wieker Bodden with great surfing and fishing spots and includes free parking places. The habour of Wiek with it,s tremendous and historical (kreide)bridge, beautiful little restaurants and souvenirshops is not far away (ca. 500m) and a good starting point for guided fishing- and boat trips and a direct ferry connection to the island of Hiddensee. Do yourself a favour and enjoy the lovely sunset above the Wieker Bodden. The appartment itself is located in the first floor and the roof top of our house. Through a seperate entrance you,ll get into the front room from where you have axcess into a big kitchen with eight dining places. The modern furnished kitchen includes a dish washer, fridge, toaster, water boiler, a newly bought electric stove, micro wave, radio and CD-player. Through wooden steps you then get into the renovated roof top. Here you,ll find the sleeping room with it,s double- and two single beds. The rustical furnished living area makes it furthermore the perfect place for hanging out and relax together. There is even a protected children corner, where your lovely ones have the possibility for playing or reading. TV, CD – and DVD player belong to the environment as well as toys for children and games for adults for the rainy days of your holiday. Three big windows inside the roof give the whole room a very friendly and bright atmosphere. The bath was newly installed in 2011 and includes a shower and the toilet. The floor of the rooms is made by corc parquet and there is an electrical heating in all rooms for the colder season of the year. Outside of the house, you,ll have the possibility to use one of the two big terraces with their individual garden furnitures for a barbecue, sun bathing, breakfast, outdoor games or simply relaxing.
