Our luxury house is set in the very quiet village of Llanafan, 10 miles out of Aberystwyth. This large family home boasts a Hot Tub for a truly relaxing holiday. Dogs are welcome with a nominal charge so you can enjoy some of the most stunning scenery in mid Wales. With 5 bedrooms you can bring friends and family for that special occasion. This home from home accommodation is fully centrally heated with all the mod cons! Cyclists, walkers and 'dark skies' enthusiasts will love this place... The space This is a large house with big rooms so there is plenty of space for everyone. WiFi has recently been improved at the property and offers a minimum of 30mbps. Guest access We are happy to accept total occupancy of 8 persons. Where there are smaller families we would like to close off 1 or 2 of the bedrooms to cut down on cleaning costs etc. Other things to note If you would like to book for 7 nights or more we are happy to give you a special price. Unfortunately we don't accept 'party' holidays, this could include stag or hen parties.
