Typical Istrian stone house is located in the small village of Čepić.Only 10 minutes to the sea by the car, and 25 minutes to the mountain Učka by car.15 minutes from city Labin by car.3 minutes from the shop by car. We have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, terrace, and a big garden with kids playground and swimming pool. Swimming pool is not shared with other people. Extra costs, to be paid on site (€): Pets, maximum 1 allowed (please reserve) 10 € per pet / day. You can pay when you arrive. The house with 60 square meters of living space for up to five people is a wonderful retreat. Especially the loving furnishings and practical equipment spray a familiar feel-good atmosphere. The surrounding area is ideal for long walks. Spend pleasant hours in the large garden and refresh yourself in the pool. From here you have a nice view of the small towns of Pićan and Gračišće. On the other side, the slopes of the Učka Mountains rise. A varied holiday can be spent relaxing on a barbecue evening on the terrace. Forests and meadows surround the holiday home in the dreamy little village of Čepić. A well-stocked grocery store is about 2000 meters away. Plomin can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. We recommend a trip along the coastal road, where you have a spectacular view of the sea and the bay. Guest access Guests have at their disposal a kitchen, toilet, living room, two bedrooms, a terrace and a large garden with swimming pool. Swimming pool is not shared with others.
