Guest access Most of the home is available, you will have access to; the entrance room, downstairs bathroom, lounge/diner, kitchen, three double bedrooms, a single bedroom, an upstairs bathroom, garden, driveway for three cars, slated parking area in front of the home. We only remove access to the outside workshop, cellar, downstairs office, upstairs office, garage and shed as we use these to store our belongings during your stay. Other things to note This is our family home so we ask you to respect the home and our neighbours. We want you to enjoy the space as you would your own. Although we don't have neighbours directly next to us, we do ask for no parties or excessive noise, if there are any complaints from any neighbours we will give you one chance to rectify this, if there is a second issue we will ask you to leave immediately and cancel the booking with no refund. As our home is circa 180 years old so it is worth noting that the staircase is considered steep by modern standards (40 degrees rather than the modern 30 degrees), but not to worry about the kids and the stairs as we do provide omni directional stair gates at the top and there's a door at the bottom, which will stop the kids from climbing up them.
