Beachbreak is a 'beach style' 3 bedroom Cornish family home in Bude, situated just a few minutes level walk from Crooklets beach. With private parking and an enclosed garden, this bright and comfortable holiday home is perfect for families or a group of friends wanting to explore award winning Bude. The space Beachbreak is a beautifully decorated Cornish family home, situated a short level walk from two of North Cornwall’s finest surfing and bathing beaches. With bright and spacious rooms throughout, Beachbreak provides the perfect setting to enjoy award-winning Bude, whilst relaxing in comfort alongside the Atlantic Ocean. With plenty of private parking and a safe garden area for young children, this is the perfect holiday home for families or a group of friends.  Being situated just a few meters from the sands and surf of Crooklets beach, the golf course and cliff walks, Beachbreak particularly appeals to surfers, golfers and hikers alike. The shops, pubs and restaurants of Bude are also all just a short walk away. Guests of Beachbreak particularly enjoy the ability to make the most of the elements in its ideal location. When there is a beautiful sunset they embrace it and walk to their favourite viewpoint to enjoy it. If it is sunny they walk to the beach and come back when the clouds roll over. They go for late swims and impromptu barbecues on the beach when the wind suddenly drops. If the surf is looking good they jump in for anything from a few minutes to a few hours, be it first light or the last of the ‪evening sun.‬ Beachbreak's proximity to the beach is what makes this possible, reacting to the weather and surf to truly make the most your holiday. When staying at Beachbreak guests relish not having to plan their days, they to do whatever seems right on the day as the best things are usually right on your doorstep.  Guest access At Beachbreak there is a large gated driveway to comfortably fit three cars. There is also additional parking on the street next to the property. The keys can be collected from a secure key safe at the property. Other things to note FACILITIES & SERVICES WIFI is available throughout the property. There is central heating throughout the house and a gas stove in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, kettle, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.  An iron and ironing board are provided.  All bed linen is provided as well as one bath towel per person and a hand towel in each bathroom. If you require beach towels please bring these with you.  PLEASE NOTE The fourth bedroom at the property is very small and is furnished with a 2'6" (wide) bed suitable for a child or small adult. Where two guests reserve the property at the reduced rate, this includes the use of one bedroom only. Where two bedrooms are required a supplement is required. GENERAL BOOKING INFORMATION Arrival and departure are on a Friday throughout July and August.  Short breaks are available outside the summer months on request. The maximum number of guests is 6 in total (including infants) and no single sex bookings, stag or hen parties.
