The space The accommodation is a studio accessible from the entrance of a small building comprising 5 accommodations (4 studios and a triplex) all dedicated to seasonal rental. It is located on the 2nd floor without elevator access. Particular attention has been paid to decoration and comfort. Bonus: access to a laundry room on the ground floor reserved for the 4 studios of the residence with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron! You will have a living room with; * kitchenette (induction stove, tassimo, raclette, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, range hood, dishes and cleaning products) * lounge area with sofa and coffee table, 81 cm TV * a real 140 bed (duvet and pillows provided – linens and towels included) and a closet. You will also have access to a private bathroom in the accommodation with shower, vanity unit and toilet A little extra for fans of TV shows and movies: the TV is connected and you can easily access your Netflix account ;) Guest access The place is fully booked. Only the laundry room on the ground floor is shared with guests from 3 other studios in the residence. Other things to note Accommodation is limited to 2 people for safety reasons. No babies or children. I reserve the right to terminate the accommodation if this criterion is not met. No parties or events tolerated out of respect for the neighborhood.
