We are only 15 minutes far from Garda Lake, in the green of the Valley of the Lakes. We are placed on one of the Garda bike trails, the perfect place for mountain bike in the nature! We offer 3 double rooms, independent with private bathroom, hair-dryer, TV, refrigerator, free-wifi, tea set. Breakfast is served in our breakfast room and in summer on the terrace with mountain view. Relax area in the garden, a charging and bike maintenance station and 2 ebikes rental are available for our guests. The space Hospitality is the most important value for us, we want our guests feel like at home! Our B&B was born out of passion for simple things, the beauty of nature and of tranquility and intimacy. Guest access We make available 3 double bedrooms with mountain or garden view, private bathroom and independent entrance, a breakfast room with terrace and mountain view and a lot of space in our garden, with a relax area. A bike storage room with bike-repair kit is also available. During your stay We will be happy to let you leave extraordinary experiences immersed in the comfort and nature of the Valle dei Laghi. Below you will find some useful information before your arrival. Arrival and departure Check-in is possible between 14:00 and 23:00 hrs. On the day of departure, check-out time is by 10:00 hrs. Breakfast Breakfast in included in the room price. It will be possible to enjoy our breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00, prepared with organic products from our farm, homemade and km0 products. Pets Pets are welcome in our B&B. Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room. Room cleaning Rooms are cleaned every day in the morning, if the room is not accessible within 12:00 a.m. it will be cleaned the day after. Clean towels and linen are provided every 7 days. Other things to note Free parking and a relax area in the garden with pic-nic table available for our guests. Tourist tax 1.5 Euros/person/night to be paid on place.
