Romantic Whitby woodland studio
Romantic Whitby woodland studio
Description
Our Treetops cabin is centrally heated, en-suite with a stunning outdoor space and fire pit, views through the trees, and sounds of nature all around. Treetops is one of three cabins set in 4 acres of woodland. Individually designed and centrally heated, Treetops has a double bed, a shower room, a kitchenette and a dining/seating area. We sell logs for the cute log burner. There is a small fridge, microwave kettle, toaster, hairdryer and a TV. And a two gas rings on the porch. The space Treetops is a 'glamping plus' experience. The total floorspace in the cabin is 20 sq metres (at least twice the size of an average Shepherds Hut offering all the appeal of a 'tiny house' - with a little more room). The main seating area has a log burner, a table and chairs, a designer sink and a food preparation area. The double bed is offset from the main area and there is a TV in the bedroom area. The gas barbecue with gas ring is on the porch. We supply camping style utensils and pans but can lend you other items if you are a keen chef. We are not a campsite ,we have three woodland rooms and one luxury cabin nestled in four acres of woodland. Each has its own outlook and private outside seating area. 'Treetops' stands on its own at the top of the woodland. Check out my profile for our other cabins. Guest access There is a generous patio area outside the cabin. And a path through the woodland to the car park is ideal for a morning stroll. There is also a path down to a private spot of river (wellies may be necessary). Other things to note The path to Treetops from the car park is about 65 metres and is up and down steps. There is only parking for one car. The approach road to the site is single track with a few passing places. It may not be suitable for low slung sports cars or nervous drivers. Our site is best suited to the able bodied nature lover who wants to take advantage of the amazing walks from the site.
