This holiday apartment is situated in a beautiful villa (3 lodgings), ideal for a relaxing holiday, at 800 mt from Sassetta, a remarkable medieval village on the hills of the Etruscan coast at just 12 km from the beaches of Marina di Castagneto. On top of a hill, 500 m above sea level, the apartments with private terrace have been renovated to a very high standard, in harmony with the surroundings. The villa is surrounded by a large green park and has a swimming pool (12x6, open April- October) The space This apartment is on the ground floor on the north side of the house. In front of this entrance there is a gazebo furnished for eating outside with marble table and wrought iron settees with comfortable cushions. In the apartment's private garden there are also an outside shower, a barbecue and two deckchairs. On entering the living room to the right is the well equipped kitchen area with gas hob, gas oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and both Italian moka and filter coffee machines as well as a washing machine. In front of the kitchen is a fireplace and a wooden table with six chairs. In the living room there is a sofa which converts to a double bed or two single beds. The living room leads into the bedroom with double bed, single bed and a French window. From the bedroom one has access to the bathroom with shower cubicle. The apartment is very well furnished and has central heating. In the grounds of the villa there is ample parking space. Down in Marina di Castagneto our guests also have at their disposal our private strip of Maremma pinewood with botanic route and with facilities such as tables, deckchairs, sun umbrellas, dressing room, bathroom, and potable water, with access to a large beach. Guest access In the villa's grounds there is ample parking space. It is in an excellent location for discovering some of the many medieval Tuscan villages in the surroundings, such as Bolgheri, famous for its Sassicaia Wine, and Massa Marittima, or for visiting the ancient Etruscan necropolis of Populonia at 25 km.
