We are a Metropolitan Ranch, surrounded by Parkland. Our visually secluded setting, feels remote, yet, by car, we are close to many amenities. Lots of Nature to Enjoy, Hiking & Biking. We have our Exterior Seasonal Pool and Year Round, Hot Tub. We have many animals: 2 Dogs, 1 Cat, 8 Horses, 1 Jenny, Many Goats, Chickens, Koi and Peacocks. The space Our Master Spa Suite is Romantic & Spacious. We are required, to have a, 30 night, minimum stay. Ideal for "Small Family Group," or a 'Traveling Executive." The Suite consists of... 4 rooms, on our 3rd floor. ***** 1st. Room A Spacious bedroom, Romantically furnished with an Antique Bedroom Set. Features a Full Bed, Majestic Mirror and Luxurious Heavy Drapes, convenient for Light blocking. ***** 2nd. Room A TV room, between the Bath and Bedroom, features; Coffee / Tea Bar with Snacks, Microwave, Mini-fridge, Desk, Chair and small Futon. Therefore, a couple traveling with kids, could fit nicely in this suite. ***** 3rd. Room Our Newly Renovated Regal Spa Bath, with Marble Heated floor. Elegant Presentation of... Rainforest Shower, streaming Water Fall and new Jacuzzi with Custom Jet array. ****** 4th room.... The Third floor, open room / landing, is a Semi-Private, Versatile room. Arranged for, Sitting, Reading or Meditation but Chairs can easily be moved for Yoga or... an Alternative Sleeping area, where additional young guests could easily be accommodated, with Air mattresses. Please note, for each additional guest, after the original guest, there is a $20.oo per person, per night charge, for any guest 13 or older. The suite, has it's own Kurig, Microwave Oven and Mini Frig. Dishes, Flatware, Glasses, Wine Glasses, Wine Opener and Accessories. No need to worry about cleaning dishes... Used dishes are placed on on the table, in the open landing room and I bring them back cleaned. We have board games and puzzles available. Of course, we have Wifi. Outside, there are vast areas to explore, with animals for kids to meet. Join us while we do our chores. Bikes, Kayaks and Swimming are seasonal options. Kayaks are provided by our neighbor who has a Kayak / Canoe Rental business. We can share information and you can make your own arrangements. We have a local, massage therapist who travels and other professionals to recommend if interested. Because the Suite doesn't have a Kitchen it's a good match for people who, love to, "go out." So, we love to give dining recommendations. However, our Kitchen is available for guests to use, as needed, with some assistance, to help you, find items you need. Guest access We are a Private Ranch, with a gate and free outdoor parking. We welcome our guests to explore and meet our animals. There are hiking and bike trails on property or close by. Once inside our gate, parking is on the right. Avoid the orange cones when parking. Most guests enter, through our front door. Our front door is up the steps, to the right. Our Front door, has a deer like animal painted on it. We like to greet our guests and give a brief orientation when you arrive, if you have time. You will then receive a gate clicker and keys. Most guests don't bother to lock up, others, lock themselves out. lol. I recommend only using the dead bolt lock on the balcony door. Other things to note Suite Guide Lines: As mentioned in our listing description, guests of the Regal Spa Suite are able to use our kitchen. We do practice a... *Clean Up After Yourself, policy. * The Kitchen is Closed as of 10pm. *Please, No smoking Inside or "Nearby." *Please use a capped, plastic bottle, with a little water inside, for butts. ( We're happy to provide a Butts bottle, if necessary. ) *Please, no butts outside, except in the Butts Bottle. *Please no Butts in the trash, unless in the Butts Bottle. *We try to take our shoes off at the door. *We try to keep a quite time between 10pm - 10am. ( Laughter isn't, "noise." ) *No Chasing Any Animals. *Drink Responsibly * Please, no profanity *Please, be appropriately dressed or robed, when out side your Airbnb Space. *Text me at anytime, with a need or Q. Regarding CHECK-OUT: Usually between 11am-12pm I'm happy to take care of everything. *No need to strip the bed. * Please, no liquids or food items in the trash, they attract vermin. *Leave unwanted food items in the refrigerator or set out, nonperishables, where I will see them. *Please, leave the towels hanging instead of piled.
