Lovely 2-bedroom condo near Main Street with oceanfront views The space This classic beachfront condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, private balcony and plenty of space for up to six guests. The 17th floor unit offers amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean for as far as the eye can see from its expansive balcony that opens from both the living room and master bedroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa and flatscreen tv and is open to a charming dining room and the kitchen. The master suite includes a king-sized bed, flatscreen television and a private bathroom with separate tub and shower. The guest room has two double beds. ABOUT THE RESORT Only a few steps from the famous Main Street, the AshWorth is at the center of what a vacation to the Grand Strand is all about. Activity is year round on Main Street; enjoy grooving the night away to the state dance, The Shag. Maybe watch some fireworks from your spacious balcony, or walk down to catch a free summer concert at the Horseshoe while the kids enjoy the seasonal oceanfront amusement park. - Oceanfront Outdoor Pool - Outdoor Lazy River, Kiddie Pool & Hot Tub - Indoor Pool - Fitness Room - Grill & Picnic Area FAST & CONVENIENT CHECK-IN Check-In is after 4 pm on your date of arrival. Check-In at the Condo-World office (311 17th Avenue South, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582), not your rental property. A valid ID of the Reservation Holder or another Responsible Party on the reservation is required at Check-In. Unless Pre-registered, an imprint of the credit card is made at Check-In to secure all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes for your use during your stay. Nothing is charged onto the card unless something is not returned at Check-Out. For any arrivals after business hours, please follow late arrival instructions that are provided on your reservation confirmation. For bookings made less than 5 days from arrival date, the Reservation Holder must check-in during business hours at the Condo-World office. Check-Out is before 10 am on your date of departure. Please take out any trash, remove food from refrigerator, start the dishwasher, and lock the front door of the rental unit. Bring all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes back to our office and drop them in the drop box located underneath the covered parking area at the rear of our building. ______________________________ DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE & LINENS, STARTER SUPPLIES For your convenience and vacation enjoyment, linens and towels are included in our rates, and your beds will be made for your arrival. All rates also include departure maid service. There is no daily maid service or daily linen/towel service. A starter set of supplies, including paper products, can liners, and soap, is included with each rental. Please plan to bring additional supplies for the duration of your stay. ______________________________ BUILDING AMENITIES Condo-World is not responsible for any building amenities. The building amenities are provided and serviced by a separate HOA or management company. There will be no refunds issued for any loss of use of building amenities during your stay. Construction Refunds will not be issued for any inconvenience due to construction, road repair, property renovations, etc.
