The space The apartment is located in secluded tranquility, but still offers various activities for your vacation: The town center is 0.8 km away; the cross-country ski trail is 4 km away, the toboggan run 1 km and the swimming lake 1.5 km. It is also only 20 km to the nearest ski resort (Obereggen or Cavalese). The state capital of Bolzano can be reached in 30 minutes. A vacation with us is ideal for any season: nearby ski resorts in winter, the Dolomites as a hinterland for hiking in summer and in between the apple blossom in spring and the Törggelezeit in autumn. Guest access In your apartment we provide the following: bed linen, hand and bath towels, toilet paper. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, cutlery, pans, coffee machine (mocha and filter machine), kettle and dish towels. The revenue from the local tax is used for the development and maintenance of infrastructures and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sporting events. The local tax is levied per guest and night by the accommodation establishments. The amount of this municipal tax depends on the category of the business and in our case is €0.70. Children and adolescents under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax. The local tax is due upon departure and is shown separately in the invoice.
