The space The apartment is on the ground floor and includes: A double bedroom (baby cot available on request) A relax area with a sofa that converts into two single beds (80x200 cm) A bathroom with window, equipped with sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and a spacious shower A wardrobe area with built-in closet A large open space with kitchen, dining area, and second relax zone The kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, fridge, sink, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cookware. The dining area has an oval table, chairs and a sideboard with dishes. Outside, there is a private garden with a table for outdoor meals and loungers for relaxing. Included: bed linen, towels, tea towels, placemats, heating, utilities, and free private parking. 🔔 Note: A second apartment is on the upper floor – please avoid noise before 9:00 AM. The apartment is sanitized with a germicidal UV ozone lamp after each stay. Guest access Guests have access to the garden with fruit trees, olive trees, and over 50 varieties of antique roses. A large rustic cellar is also available for storing bicycles and sports equipment. Other things to note The house is surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and traditional Ligurian vineyards. The surrounding land is still cultivated with a vegetable garden and orchard. Although we are in the countryside, the sea is just a few minutes away. It’s an ideal place for a relaxing stay and for walks in the chestnut woods, where porcini mushrooms can be found in season. Nearby, there are streams with natural pools and small waterfalls. For bike lovers, beautiful mountain bike and downhill trails start right at the front door. Climbing crags are also easy to reach. At dusk, it’s not uncommon to spot wild animals from the window.
