(Minimum 3 nights) The space My 28 m² studio is conveniently located for getting to the surrounding businesses, mountain lakes, hiking trails, golf course, and ski resorts. Quiet, sunny, and secure, with independent access and an outdoor area. It is fully equipped with all the basic products, dish towels and bed linens, and bathroom towels (towels not provided for stays of 3 nights or more; additional cost to be discussed). It has a washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, kettle, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, etc. We have internet, and can provide a phone charger or Ethernet cable on request if needed. Please note that no toiletries (shampoo/body wash) are provided. The cleaning fee charged covers the maintenance of the linens. We are counting on you to leave the apartment in the state of cleanliness where you will find it when you arrive. Everything necessary is provided in the accommodation. The sofa bed in width 160 is of good quality made for weekly sleeping and with very good bedding. Outdoor table and chairs, BBQ, umbrella, sunbed on request. Room available to store ski equipment. Squeegee, fondue, and other machine ready upon request. Option to borrow a portacot with mattress (linen not provided) An ashtray is available for the outdoor area. Please do not smoke INSIDE. POOL SHARED WITH THE OWNERS: Available UPON REQUEST and by notifying the owner. Hours: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. ONLY for rentals of 3 nights or more.
