A beautiful place with all comfort, privacy and perfect to be enjoyed for a get-together with friends and family. You will not want to leave the property. Our guests have greatly enjoyed their stay. Possibility to rent for 13 and 2 babies. We rent per weeks, check in saturdays. Five of the 6 rooms with private bathrooms, for all confort and privacy. The river, with really nice views, is next to the villa. The space THE VILA'S SURROUNDINGS The house has a 1.500 m2 garden area with grass, trees and a terrace. There is also a 10x5 m pool containing a cement staircase and a large pool-deck with outdoor furniture. The house is surrounded by farm fields and wooded areas belonging to the Villa's own property. The surrounding fields and wooded areas belong to the 40 hectare property along with 2,5 km. of private paths to enjoy nature walks, cycling and hiking. Posibility to rent bikes and have them brought to the house. The Fluvia River is right next to the house where you can swim or just sit next to the bank and relax. Silence and birds will be your only companion. The Fluvia River is easily accessible from the house. Guest access Outside space with chill-out area and barbacue. Ping pong table available. Swing and sand box available for children. Other things to note The beach is 30min away by car. Many interesting places to visit in a nearby area, Figueres, Girona, Costa Brava, Cap de Creus, etc... A lot of information is available in the house.
