The newly built room has private access from the garden, which guarantees greater privacy. It has a double bed (150x190) and a private en-suite bathroom. There is also a minibar, Wi-Fi, a kettle, a fan and air conditioning, pool towels and beach umbrella. The room will be sanitized and disinfected at each guest change. All outdoor common areas will also be disinfected daily, including tables, chairs, and sunbeds. The space The room is located inside the new annex in the garden, adjacent to the house. Guests can enjoy all common areas, including the pool and outdoor kitchen dedicated to them. A rich breakfast, sweet and savory, with homemade cakes, is served every day on the house's large terrace. The swimming pool overlooking the sea offers the opportunity to enjoy the silence and tranquility of the place. The house is our usual residence, but guests can still enjoy their privacy and freedom by being able to access the rooms in total autonomy, with each room having its own independent external access. We are Italian, but we also speak Spanish and English. Only for our guests, we organize boat trips (10-meter day cruiser with large sundeck, visible in the photo) to discover the most beautiful and wild bays and beaches almost unreachable from the hinterland, with highly discounted rates reserved for our guests. A jet ski (215 hp) and a sup board are also available. We have three more rooms available for two guests with an en-suite bathroom, bookable: "Suite Luna" "Stars Suite" "Sole Suite" In addition, starting from May 2021, a new annex will be available, built within our property, completely independent with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, which can accommodate up to six people. Contact us for any further information Guest access Guests will have access to all common areas: - fully equipped outdoor kitchen, under a covered patio -garden -terrace -Pool area Individuals outside the reservation are not permitted to access the house. The cleaning and tidying service of the room is included and is carried out every other day, the linen change is weekly but guests can request an additional change if necessary. Smokers are required to smoke only outside. It is recommended to rent a car available at the airport. Given the ease of access to the pool, it is not suitable for families with small children. During your stay Every morning, on the terrace overlooking the sea, we serve a hearty breakfast, both sweet and savory. We are always available to advise our guests on how to best experience the island, from the wildest and most hidden beaches to the typical local restaurants. In addition, upon request and only for our guests, we organize beautiful boat trips. Other things to note The house is a 10/15-minute walk from the convenient beach of Punta Prima (with various restaurants, pizzerias and supermarkets) and the delightful cove of Biniancolla. In 15/20 minutes by car you can reach the airport, the center of Mahon and its port, where there are countless shops, bars and restaurants including the casino. PLEASE NOTE: A law of the Balearic Island Government is currently in force that provides for the payment of the tourist tax, to be paid in cash upon arrival. The rate, if confirmed, is 2.20 euros/day/each up to 8 days of stay, then it goes to 1.10 euros (children under 16 are exempt).
