Located in an area of Perugia rich in greenery and sports facilities, it is less than 2 km from the E45 highway, making it an ideal starting point to quickly reach the center of Perugia, Assisi and other renowned Umbrian locations such as Spello, Bevagna, Todi, Orvieto, Gubbio and Spoleto. The property, a building entirely renovated in 2010 according to the most modern criteria of comfort and eco-friendliness, offers a cheerful and colorful environment, perfect for both functionality and relaxation.
