The room has a single bed leather couch, coffee table and chest of drawers, long wardrobe and writing table and chair. The space The House has long term tenants also. Please respect their peace and space. Though they are friendly and I have no doubt will help in any way they can or recommend good places to go. or anything in the house. Though they tend to keep the place clean don't expect the kitchen to be spotless always as they may cook with their own pans etc and expect to clean them after they ate. Also please clean anything you use to leave it available for the long term tenants. Please also see other notes section for additional information Guest access Guests can use the communal kitchen for cooking and heating food etc. There is a small yard at the back of the building with a table and chairs and outside light if you need to smoke. During your stay I am available anytime to discuss over the phone and recommend places to go. Other things to note I don't provide toiletries, shampoo etc or toilet roll it is advisable to bring your own. I do provide towels and bedding. Guests are expected to clean the room when they are ready to leave and put any rubbish outside the building in the bins. There are cups and serving boards and a kettle and knives and forks and spoons in the room itself. These are for the sole use of the room and must be cleaned by yourself and returned to the room.
