We welcome you to our pretty T1 Bis, super cozy, in a pleasant residence, it is located on the first floor of the building which has an elevator. The apartment, fully equipped, faces west, so it's super bright! It overlooks a large green space, completely private and dedicated to the residence which you can easily enjoy! The apartment is fully disinfected after each stay, with the appropriate products. The space The apartment has been fully renovated and decorated in a modern, minimalist style, with touches of color that add warmth and coziness. The accommodation is equipped for your absolute comfort for a quiet and green stay: Living room/bedroom: Bed, TV, reading and relaxation area, iron/clothes drying rack/ironing board, fan. Kitchen: all necessary dishes and utensils, kettle, single-serve coffee machine, washing machine, combination microwave/oven, cleaning supplies, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, tables, and chairs Bathroom: hairdryer, cabinet, toiletries (shower gel and shampoo), first-aid kit, heated towel rail. Towels and linens are provided. No Wi-Fi BUT A VERY GOOD 5G CONNECTION Guest access We will be happy to welcome you in person when you arrive. For your checkout, it couldn't be simpler: since the door doesn't have an outside handle, you just need to leave the keys on the kitchen table and close the door behind you.
