The space Apartment is located on the middle floor of the Villa and has a separate entrance. It is large and comfortable (has about 100m 2). It consists of a large hallway, a separate equipped kitchen with dinning room, one bedroom with double bed, TV, air conditions, and second bedroom with double bed, and a large living room with a comfortable with sofa bed. Apartment has two bathrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower tub, large washbasin, toilet, and a washing machine. The apartment has a large terrace overlooking the sea, which is equipped with a table and chairs. In the house yard there is a separated area with swimming pool of 70 m2 with large sundeck and open small fitness for free usage, garden (there is grill place ),safe privat parking in the yard. Villa is surrounded with 2,50m high wall which gives special privacy and security to our guests. The sea and the beach are 80 m away from the villa. The neighborhood is quiet, without noise ...
