The accommodation occupies part of the building once used as a farmhouse of the ancient Podere della Tenuta del Pàstine, inside which you can relive the atmosphere of a bygone era! The recently renovated house can accommodate up to 5 people and has 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, and a private terrace with panoramic views of the valleys surrounding the town. In summer, the swimming pool located near the property is open. The ideal solution for trips to discover Tuscia! The space La Casetta del Pàstine takes its name from the Tenuta del Pàstine, a plot of about 2 hectares, once a garden of the Castle of San Michele used by the prince and local nobility to spend hot summer days in the shade of centuries-old trees. The entrance and some of the windows of the apartment overlook Piazza dell'Oca, a small private, quiet and welcoming corner. Inside the house you will have a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook independently, 2 bathrooms, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a large living area with a French sofa bed (for a total of 5 beds), TV and free WIFI. An outdoor terrace, with a beautiful view that opens up to the surrounding valleys, will brighten your days. On the ground floor of the property is the laundry area with washing machine, ironing board and iron and everything necessary for washing and cleaning, which can be used freely by guests. During the summer, the outdoor swimming pool is open, which is a few meters away from the apartment and has a panoramic view of the Valley of the Calanchi. The fireplace inside the apartment is not working. The accommodation is currently not equipped to accommodate pets.
