This holiday apartment is front beach located in the beautiful town of Marina di Castagneto Carducci. One can enjoy walks along the seaside promenade where interesting cultural events are often organized. For sea lovers this is the ideal spot also for cruises to the Island of Elba. It is also possible to visit the marvelous medieval villages of Bolgheri at 12km (famous for its Sassicaia wine) and Massa Marittima, as well as the ancient Etruscan necropolis Populonia (at 25 km). The space This 50 sqm apartment is on the third and last floor of a building with lift and has a panoramic sea view. It is a quiet apartment made very special by its five windows all enjoying a marvellous sea view. It has a terrace of 10 sqm facing the sea and furnished with table and chairs for dining outside entering the living room, one finds two windows and a window/door leading to the terrace. In the living room there is a sitting area with two armchairs and a sofa bed which converts to two single beds; a kitchenette with gas rings, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. Leading from the dining room there is a corridor where on the right there is a bathroom with shower cubicle, washing machine and a window looking out over the sea. Double bedroom with an extra single bed. All the furniture is light in colour making for a very luminous apartment. The accommodation is situated on the 3rd and last floor of a building with lift right in front of the beach. At guest's disposal private fenced car parking, internet wi fi, washing machine. Guests also have at disposal our private strip of Maremma pinewood with botanic route and access ti a beautiful beach with some facilities available such as dressing room, water, bathroom, deckchairs and sun umbrellas, 1 km of distance, small car parking available.
