Kitchen with a washing machine, fridge with freezer box, electric cooker, microwave and extractor fan. The sitting room is furnished, with flat screen TV, DVD, and Freeview. An attractive woodburner for those cosy nights in. First Floor Bedroom with king size bed Shower room Outside Seating and dining area Parking for two cars Other things to note Linen and towels are provided. Open fire - one basket of logs provided between the months of October - April (inclusive). If you require logs outside of these months please bring your own supply or purchase locally. Gas BBQ - Available from April - October Please note the stairs are typical of an old cottage and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. 1 dog is permitted. Please note additional pet charges are £35 per pet per week (or part of) will be charged. Please note check in is 4pm and check out is 10am.
