The space This house is composed at the bottom of an entrance, a living room of about 25 m2, a bathroom of 4 m2, and a large bedroom of more than 14 m2 with an office. The floor of 25 m2 on the ground (but 9 m2 in Carrez law...) is composed of a first room with desk, table, library and bed. A second room in a row contains 2 beds of 90x190, which can on request be combined into a double bed. Outside, you can enjoy a space of 300 m2, including a large terrace of more than 40 m2.
