Cozy Villa in the Mountain

Our house is close to Stara Planina mountain, just below Maragidik and Botev peaks. You will enjoy many trails, great views and sport opportunities. It's located close to restaurants and local markets, but yet in a very quite area. It is good for business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. We are waiting for you :) The space The house consists of two equal parts. Each has 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and terraces. We have a big yard with BBQ area and a swimming pool. Feel free to try the fresh products form our vegetable garden :) For those who want to work and have fun in the same time, we have an excellent WiFi. Guest access If you want to spend your vacation in our house, don't worry, there will be no other guests. A member of our family will be in the area of the property to maintain the yard and the pool. Other things to note The house is close to public areas, but yet away from noise and crowd. Our neighbors are very nice people, so please, respect their privacy and don’t be too loud :) Loud music is not recommended, quite hours are between 10 pm - 10 am :)
