Relaxing 2 bedroom home on 5 acres

Soak up the modern yet cozy charm of this 2 bedroom, 1 bath home on 5 acres. With both a king and queen bed, it's perfect for couples, families, or even if you are here solo on a work or leisure trip. Breakfast fixings and ingredients are included and will be left in the fridge & cabinets if you would like to cook breakfast. Property owners live in adjacent home of duplex & are eager to help if you need anything but will respect your privacy if you don't. The space The home has everything you need for an amazing stay- well equipped kitchen with all the cooking basics (including oil, balsamic vinegar, pasta, flour, and some spices) and a fully tiled bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and wash cloths. I will leave items in the fridge/cabinets for you to make a delicious breakfast if you wish. There is an electric kettle, drip coffee maker, french press, and moka pot along with a Belgian waffle maker in the home. *If you have any food allergies or items you don't eat, please let me know. Enjoy walking trails right on the property. Clearwater Lake is a relaxing 30 minute walk away. Home is located 5 miles from town. There is a king bed, queen bed, and a pack n play. We love making experiences special so if you are celebrating anything or want to surprise your other guests- I can make arrangements (desserts, meats and cheeses, wine) or if you have an idea, let me know! Guest access Guests may use the outdoor areas but are not permitted on the trampoline for safety reasons. Other things to note There is a washer in the home. We have a dryer in the adjacent home and don't mind dryer your clothes if needed. The internet works great. We are able to stream YouTube, Netflix, etc with no issues. Occasionally, if Delta Junction has a very bad storm, the town can lose internet services but this is extremely rare. There are portable fans in each bedroom closet and a ceiling fan in living room. Dogs are welcome but please let me know ahead of time if you plan to bring a dog. No cats due to allergies. In our adjacent home, we have 2 indoor dogs (small chihuahua mixes) and a recently adopted lab puppy. If you are interested in a long term stay, please let us know.
