Beautiful Villa w/Pool & Hot Tub - Villa Nómada

This beautiful villa boasts plenty of chill-out areas, bright bedrooms, a gym, and a sunny penthouse office, featuring panoramic views of Palma Bay. Stepping into the backyard, you'll find a separate garden house 'casita' with a picnic table, lounge area, and cocktail bar. Splash into the private pool or take a dip in the hot tub, then relax in the sun beds while enjoying a meal prepared on the barbecue. The space Villa Nómada was our first home together and it is filled with charm and thoughtful touches. The house features four comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning, two full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove. The living room is bright and welcoming with a Smart TV ready for you to connect your own streaming accounts if you wish. The dedicated office offers panoramic views, including a glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea, making it a perfect place to work or relax. Families are welcome and we provide a crib, high chair, and toddler essentials. Outside, you will find a private swimming pool, hot tub, and a spacious garden with plenty of room to unwind. High-speed fiber internet ensures you can stay connected anywhere in the house. Guest access You will have full, private access to the villa, including the pool, hot tub, garden, terraces, and office. There is no private parking, but you will always find free spots on the surrounding streets. The only regular visitors are the gardener and pool maintenance team, who usually come once or twice a week in the mornings. Depending on the season and maintenance needs, they may come more often to ensure everything stays in top condition. Other things to note The villa is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by Mediterranean nature. This peaceful environment means you might occasionally spot local wildlife such as birds, lizards, butterflies or other small creatures passing through the garden. While it is rare, nature sometimes finds its way close to the house, which is part of the charm of staying in such a natural setting. We do our very best to keep the pool crystal clear at all times. However, occasionally, weather conditions or other external factors beyond our control may cause a slight change in the water’s clarity. This is usually temporary and our pool maintenance team works promptly to restore it to perfect condition. For everyone's comfort, parties, events, pets, and smoking indoors are not allowed, and we ask guests to respect the 11:00 PM noise curfew. In the pool area, glass is not permitted and plastic cups are provided.
