Welcome to Maison Normandelys, We welcome you to this house of Norman character. You will stay in a preserved and privileged setting, in the heart of the small Andely. A magnificent private garden awaits you (colors, scents, centenary rose tree overlooking the interior terrace), you will admire the Château Gaillard, the cliffs and the church. This house is located in the center of the tourist town, at the foot of Château Gaillard, 200 m from one of the most beautiful loops of the Seine. The space Maison Normandelys sleeps 1-7 people (or even 9 people with the sofa click-clac). It is also possible to install a baby bed if needed. The house has 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom on the ground floor, and 2 connecting bedrooms upstairs, the first of which is open to the living room), 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 indoor terrace and 1 large landscaped garden. It is possible to park your vehicle for free in front of the house. The beautiful garden is equipped with lounge chairs, picnic table, barbecue, umbrella. Board games are available, as are books, children's toys, a TV. WIFI is available in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso coffee maker, bowl coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator and freezer...). Bedding is provided for beds in the bedrooms. If you use the clic-clac, you will be asked for an additional 30€ for the clic-clac sheets (if you want to rent them). Towels can be rented at extra cost (€7/person). Please contact Anne-Sophie if you are interested. In addition, if you like local products, Anne-Sophie can prepare aperitif baskets for you at your convenience (basket to book in advance). Guest access Parking is available right in front of the accommodation. Other things to note Bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers) is included in the rate. Towels are not provided (available for rent for €7/person). Maison Normandelys has: - 2 beds 160 cm x 200 cm, 2 square pillows, 1 bolster 160 cm, duvets 240 x 260 - 2 beds 90 cm x 200 cm, 2 square pillows, 2 bolsters 90 cm, duvet 140 x 200 cm: it is possible to join the beds to form a bed of 180 cm x 200 cm with duvet 240 x 260 cm in this case - 1 bed 90 cm x 190 cm, 1 square pillow, 1 90 cm bolster, 140 x 200 cm duvet - 1 sofa bed 140 cm x 190 cm, 2 square pillows, duvet 220 x 240 cm Dish towels are not provided. They can be rented (€3/stay). Towels are not provided (they can be rented for €7/person/stay). The accommodation must be returned clean and fully tidied (dishwasher emptied, dishes done and put away, garbage cans emptied, bed sheets and towels removed and grouped together in the ground floor bathroom). You have the option to take the €50 cleaning package or do the cleaning yourself (cleaning of bathrooms, vacuum cleaner, floor, entire accommodation...). The accommodation is suitable for 7 people. However, it is possible to increase the capacity to 9 people with the sofa bed.
