Our vacation rental is situated in a quiet and friendly neighborhood at a hillside of Villaputzu (Località Cristolu Podda). The open concept apartment with 115qm offers you 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large/generous terrace with sea view invites to relax and unwind. It’s a 1,5km car ride to the village Villaputzu and 5km to the beach/sea of Porto Corallo. Furthermore you can visit a bunch of other nice and lovely beaches within a radius of 15-30km (Murtas, Costa Rei). Car is needed! The space This large and comfy, full equipped apartment is on the ground floor of our new built house in Villaputzu. You will have a private entrance and free parking on the street. Appliances in the kitchen include a fridge with freezing compartment, a dishwasher, an oven and hot plates. Important information: The house was completed this year. By now, the outdoor facility is not ready yet, and therefore not suitable for children to play! Due to the fact that the house is located on a hillside a bit outside of the village (1,5km) a car is required for shopping and reaching the beach. Guest access The apartment is completely self contained and has a private entrance with a deadbolt lock and key. Other things to note If requested, bedclothes and towels can be booked additionally to following conditions: 15 Euro person/bedclothes 7 Euro person/towels Please consider that it’s necessary to preorder. The charges will have to be paid cash and directly on arrival. For Arrivals after 8 pm a fee of 50 Euro will be charged. Please make sure to pay cash and directly when the keys are handed over.
