This is Dairy land with neighbors who have been here for generations. Located just a few minutes from old town Snohomish. Max 6 adult overnight guests. The space You will share the exterior grounds (2 acres) with the owner who does yard maintenance and care for the Horses daily***. Exceptional comfort, open floor plan, safe, close to town and amenities. Relax and open the slider doors and let the peaceful natural jaw dropping masterpiece unfold in front of you. Ideal for very small groups for attending local events, sports tournaments, business travel, graduations, weddings or visiting friends and family. Also a great base for Stevens Pass corridor hikes including Leavenworth, Lake Chelan or many other adventures and experiences. Parking outside only (no garage access due to farming equipment, etc). Parking is limited to 6 cars and cannot block upper driveway access. We expect guests to request local relatives/friends for company but we CANNOT accommodate events (weddings, large celebrations such as anniversaries, birthday parties and more) because this is a working active property along with horses*** needing care daily (***seasonally present when pasture conditions are good). Guest access Keypad access. Parking: tandem on right of side of driveway. DO NOT BLOCK THE UPPER DRIVEWAY WHERE RV IS PARKED. There is no garage access for guests due to due to yard and farm equipment that owner needs access to. Other things to note IMPORTANT: You have 100% use of the home. However, outside PRIVACY IS LIMITED because the owners live on site dividing time between the outbuilding and RV parked in the upper driveway. Please be aware that while we intend to be as invisible as possible the owners are on site tending to Horses, grounds care (a huge task), chickens and so we can be seen walking down from the outbuilding and RV parked at the upper driveway. Our neighbor's driveway is along the fenceline which is only 50 ft from the deck. Garage side door accessed from within the laundry/mud room/toilet is locked. Owner has access to the inside of the garage only and will not access the mud room/toilet from the garage. The mudroom/laundry toilet is NOT to be used by Guests. It is not sanitized for guest use.
