We do not accept other pets....Please note..the guest will receive the keys and control of the gates at check-in and must return them at check-out. Other things to note A car parking space is available. When checking out, the renter must return the house in the same conditions as when checking in. It is not allowed to charge electric vehicle batteries. The average electricity cost for this apartment is 160 reais per month, and any excess will be charged.
