Other things to note 🛏️ About the Room: -Small, individual room – ideal for practical stays. -Private bathroom inside the room. -Fan, mirror, small wardrobe, and Smart TV (only with Netflix and YouTube). -No local TV channels like RCN or Caracol. You can watch them on the shared living room TV. -Small window that opens to an interior patio, not to the street. ⤷ Quieter, but with less natural light. Located near the kitchen and laundry area. ⤷ The washing machine is used only during the day, until 4:00 p.m. max. This room used to be the maid’s quarters. Today, it’s a simple, private, and cozy space, renovated with care to provide a peaceful and comfortable stay. 🏠 About the House: Old and simple house, but cozy and decorated with love. Located in a traditional area of Medellín, just one block from La 70. No garage on the property, but there’s a paid parking lot (Car Wash) one block away. The house has 7 other private rooms. Shared common areas: fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining area. Spaces designed for respectful coexistence among travelers. ⏰ Check-in & Logistics: Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. Check-out: by 11:00 a.m. Luggage drop-off before check-in is possible with prior notice and subject to availability.
